Lychakiv (Łyczakowski) Cemetery in Lviv, Ukraine, dates back to 1768, during the reign of the Habsburg Emperor Joseph the Second. In 1975, the cemetery became a historical monument.

The cemetery is multiconfessional, for Catholics, Orthodox, Protestants and Jews belonging to the middle and upper class of any nationality: Polish, Ukrainian, Austrian etc.
There are more than 400 000 graves here.
