Be honest with each other

Let there be a climate of absolute confidence and sincerity between you [and your husband]. Don’t let anything come between you, because that will suffocate you later. Don’t let bad thoughts make their nest inside you, like snakes. Love conquers all. Let there be care, discretion, delicacy both between yourselves and towards other people. If something comes up between you, don’t tell anybody else. Attention and prayer will set everything to rights and make everything well.
