It’s mobile and free

People who have given in to their innate urges can’t have a reasoning soul, because a reasoning soul wishes to act freely. Since it’s mobile, it also has freedom of movement. Whatever it does, it does of its own volition, not out of necessity. So a reasoning soul is intellectual, mobile and free. It’s aware of itself and the quality of its actions.
