Spiritual responsibility

It’s the family that has the greatest responsibility for our spiritual state. If children are to be free of their various external problems, it’s not enough to advise, to enforce, to reason or to threaten. That will probably just make things worse. Any real improvement will come about through the spiritual maturity of the parents.
