Then we’ll gain it

But if we’re inattentive, if we don’t run to the Lord and if we don’t follow him diligently, leaving our sins behind us, as did the tax-collector and later the Evangelist Matthew who abandoned his customs-house and avarice, then we won’t gain what we desire. We must first of all be ignited with the flame of repentance, return and intercession.
