An abundance of love

5 July 2023

Sanctity is never a passing fancy or tendency, nor what we call intense religiosity. It’s not a partial or fragmentary capacity that people may have. It’s an abundance of love for God, a faith and an unwavering treading of the path of the holy Gospel and the Tradition of the Church. People of the Gospel and Tradition, familiar with the Church and with Christ, don’t live in a world of their own, doing whatever they like, innovating and extemporizing. Instead, they experience in depth the authentic way of being, and so are saved, restored, redeemed and sanctified.
