The same as doctors do

When your brothers fall into sin, you shouldn’t ignore them or look down on them. Instead, you should shield them before they sin, and then, if they do, take care of them. This is what doctors do. They advise people when they’re well as regards what will safeguard their health and keep them free of sickness. But if their advice is ignored and people fall ill, the doctors don’t ignore them, but above all else, they take care of them, so as to cure them of their sickness.
