Does it blame you?

Happiness is to be found within ourselves and blessed are those people who understand this. Examine your heart and see its spiritual condition. Has it perhaps lost its boldness towards God? Perhaps your conscience is protesting over the contravention of his commandments? Perhaps it blames you for unjust actions, lies, neglect of your duties to God and your neighbor? Look into whether wickedness and passions have filled your heart and whether it’s slipped onto paths that are tortuous and rugged.
