Internal action

Monastic introspection is internal action, in the depths of the human heart. There where ratiocination, meditation, desires, inhibitions and reverie are active. Internal labor means plowing the field of the soul, so that, in this way, we can know ourselves and can meet God personally. Every saint is an example of this work in the inner realm of the soul.
