They don’t put on airs

The whole of the struggle that Christians make consists precisely of this. Not that they supposedly put to death their self, nor that they do various things and praise themselves for them. Christians struggle to observe the commandments of God, while always being conscious of the fact that they’re sinful. So, what do they expect of themselves? Tempestuous things. This is why they don’t preen, nor do they relax. They’re always on guard.
