Don’t leave

You’ve come to church and been permitted to encounter Christ? Don’t leave before the end of the service. If you leave before the dismissal, you’re as guilty as an escapee. You go to a theatre and don’t leave before the end of the performance. But you go to church and turn your back on the spotless sacraments? At least fear him who said: ‘Those who disdain God will be disdained by him’ (cf. Prov. 13, 13).
