Works of belief

When you hear the scripture that ‘he will render to each according to their works’ (Matth. 16, 27), don’t think about works of hell or of the kingdom, but works of belief or unbelief in him. God will repay us for these, not as if he’s conducting a business transaction but as God the Creator who has purchased us (with his blood).
