A bit like radiation

For those who want him to be, God is their life and salvation. Everybody: believers and unbelievers, righteous and unrighteous, devout and impious, the passionless and the impassioned, monastics and laity, the wise and the unlettered, the healthy and the sick, and the young and the old. It’s similar to the radiation of light, the sight of the sun, the change of the seasons, all of which are given to everybody on earth. And it could hardly be otherwise, since ‘God doesn’t show favoritism’ (Rom. 2, 11).
