Against the flow

The world’s a mighty beast. It’s our second worst enemy. If we’re to make any progress as Christians, we have to go against the flow of the world, because there’s so much evil in it that it hinders us from reaching Christ. The world, in the way it thinks, and as it signals, is against God and our soul. We Christians have to show what’s right through our example, irrespective of whether this makes us popular with others. With discernment we have to illumine their ignorance.
